I have v4 installed on a j1.5.25 site and imported 3 forms from a backup. They all look like they should but i'm unable to create an auto generated email template for any of them. Actually it does generate but when i click apply then save and go back again to check it's saved i just get the same "You may customize this message under the "Template" tab in the Email settings box, there is an option there to auto generate the template in 2 seconds." message.

I'm not aware of any problems with this. It will only work after the form has been saved for the first time but should be OK afer that.
Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
