Everything works as intended when I just click 'Frontend View' from with the forms manager and submit the form: http://www.smilinggardener.com/component/option,com_chronoforms/chronoform,TellAFriend/lang,en/

But when I use the module, I get a white screen the first time I try to load the page. Then the page loads if I refresh it, but I get a white screen when I try to submit the form (and the submission doesn't work). Here's an example: http://www.smilinggardener.com/featured/awesome

Joomla 1.5.23, ChronoForms 4RC2.0. I do have this working on another site with the same setup (different template).

Any ideas?

Hi Phil,

There's nothing obvious. You can try setting Error Reporting to Maximum in the Site Global Configuration - that may show up a PHP error message (the usual cause of a white screen).

Solved. It was because I had an older chronocontact plugin (V3.1 RC5.2) published. I wasn't using it on the page, but just having it published cause the problem.
