How to have Terms & Conditions checkbox?

Hi,

I just installed CF and creating a form that needs to have a checkbox for Terms and Conditions agreement. Have tried to search in the forum but got no luck. Apologize if it has been somewhere. Anyway, the Terms dan Conditions needs to link to a javascript popup for the users if they want to read. Any help is highly appreciated.

Check aroudn the web for tooltips or lightboxes. Here's one that will use the same prototype library as ChronoForms uses for field validation. (There's even a sister that will work with MooTools in J1.5.

Thank you for your reply. I'm using simple JS popup window with validated checkbox. I have another issue with summary page and customer copy, but perhaps I should open another thread. Again thank you for your help.
