Hi,
I have a version Chronoforms V4.
How can I do to hide and show box, eg:
I have a select box (Country), I choose the United States and shows me on the bottom of the next select box (State) like in the image below.
Additionally, I would like to after selecting the box (Country) Canada appeared to me to be boxed (Provinces Canada).



I would also like to do to automatically format a phone number in the Text box while entering a number in this field as in the picture: (123) 456-7899. The user types the normal number, 1234567899th

Nor do I know how to do field validation:
I have 6 fields required to fill but if you fill only 1 or 2 boxes of 6 no matter which validation is approved and you can send the form and the other fields do not have to be completed and required.



Please help, do not know much about javascript, but I was looking for these solutions not found.

Please post the names and ids of the select inputs for the country and state lists so that I can suggest some JavaScript to hide and display them.

I have no idea how to format a phone number like that but I expect that Google will find you some suggestions.

The validation should work if it is set up correctly and there ae no JavaScript conflicts on the page. Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.
