Joomla plugins not loading in CF V4

darrenhallinan 23 Nov, 2011
Has anyone noticed that site plugins dont seem to load in V4. I have the Enable Joomla plugins set to yes. anyone have any ideas on this?

I am using the DB Multi Record Loader, but I am guessing that they done load as a normal form either.

Hi darrenhallinan,

Someone else commented on that - I wonder if the Event names have changed in Joomla! 1.6/1.7?

Hi Bob

I am not sure, I have tried adding a tabs plugin that would divide the form into tabs but it would not load the needed files, so I had to add my own JS and Css via the wizard.

but saying that, I have been able to add the google maps plugin on CF V4 without any issues.

Hello,

Actually the form itself will not load any Joomla plugins, I have never added this feature, maybe now is the time.

I'm not sure how you loaded the Google maps plugin but maybe the form was already loaded inside an article and that loaded other plugins as well ?🙂

Pleasant add this feature. I really need it and I have to finish a job and when I have seen that the option was present I assumed that it works! Now is too late to come back to joomla 1.5! When will be available the new version?
