Install Problem: No "Configuration" Option

I used Jommla's upload and install, which reported ChronoForm 2.5 installed successfully. First step in the tutorial is to select and save the Configuration in admin/components/Chrono Forms, but all that shows up there is "Forms Management." No Configuration menu item. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same problem.

Here's my installation details:

MySQL: 4.1.21-standard
PHP: 4.4.4
Apache: 1.3.37 (Unix)
Joomla!: 1.0.12 Stable [ Sunfire ] 25 December 2006 01:00 UTC

From version 2.0, we have removed the configuration option because it makes many users confused, the options there have gone to the new form creation screen (first tab).
