what type of file does the form create

i need the form to be able to be read in excel, is that possible

can someone please let me know if this will output a csv file? if so then i would be happy to donate but if not this is unuseable to me and i would like to do go either way asap.

No, It wont output neither XLS nor CSV, Iam sorry for this, but I will make it do this in the next release🙂
