Form data not posting to database

cre8tive1 01 Nov, 2007
Hi all,

I just upgraded ChronoForms from v.2.1.4 to v.2.3.5. I had hoped to keep things simple by completely deleting the old version then uploading the new version.

I created a new form name and form. The form works perfectly and emails out as it should. The problem is that when I selected the option to "create table" for the new form, with a new name, I get the message that the table already exists. However, after sending a few test forms there is no data showing in the table.

Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this? Below is a link to the form.

Thanks,

Jerry

That is exactly that I did. I created a completely new form with a new name.

I have tried doing it twice now, each time completely new and a unique name and I get the same results.

ok, please open your database with phpmyadmin, find any tables start with jos_chronocontact_"some number", drop them and it will work!!🙂

Cheers
