email not sent with captcha

Hi,

if you test out my form on http://www.barefootscience.com/cad/ and click 'contact us' and fill out the form I get a pop up with the verification code even when the code is entered correctly.

cad side is working but usa site is not. I get an image verification error even when the code is entered correctly on <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.barefootscience.com/usa">www.barefootscience.com/usa</a><!-- w --> on the contact us page.

There isn't any form code on the contact page as far as I can see. You seem to have a couple of forms started - the javascript code is being loaded twice I think but I couldn't find any <input> tags aprat from those on the search and the poll.

Yes I agree with Bob, there is no forms there, I think the CAD site is working properly and I fixed the USA one earlier too the same way as the CAD one, what happened since then ?

nothing has been changed since then. Can you please look at the CAD form. And let me know what went wrong so I can get the US form back up.

CAD is not live. form is still there.

USA is. I removed form.

launch date was yesterday and I had to remove the form on the USA live site because it wasnt working.

The Canadian site appears to be working OK - at least there is no error message. And there is still no form on the USA site, just a mess of code where it belongs.

Thanks for looking into this... but its still not working. Have you tested this with your own personal email ? I changed the email to [email]ddambrosio@tmgtv.ca[/email]. When I fill out the form I still get nothing sent to my email.

Iam sorry but I still didn't touch anything yet, away all time at the weekend, if the CAD is working now (actually it was working when i tested it earlier) then all is fine, whats the differences between the USA and the CAD one ?

you can go into the CAD site, backup the form, then restore it at the USA one and make any necessary changes by copy and paste from the current USA form, this should work🙂
