No E-mail is being sent on form submit!

Hi - right so i needed a good form creator for joomla, struck gold with this.

Installed - links to an image on my home page for instant help - <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.upsetpc.com">www.upsetpc.com</a><!-- w -->

Ok so this is the issue- if you click that gold image next to instant help, click submit etc, no errors come up but I never recieve any e-mail.

Joomla global mail is set to Php mail function - and settings look ok, no username and password in the smtp fields though.

My html code for the form is :

And my settings are just the normal - send method post - correct mailto addresses etc.

Can somebody tell me why i never recieve the e-mails?!

Can anybody please offer any advice.... thinking about using a different component if i cannot get help!

Hey, Assure that ur "email results ?" field in the form management is set to custom and then enter ur email ion the fields below it, and take care ur email may be falling in the spam box.
