I am getting

There is no form with this name, Please check the url and the form management

I have created the form and made a table, I go to make a link in the menu and I get this error.

I am using verson 1.5 Can I get some help?

I don't understand.

I go to create menu item, I say component. I don't see anywhere to put in the form name.

Use the Link-URL menu type instead!

go to Menu > mainmenu > then select New

Choose type "Link - URL" then write the URL to be :
index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=myformname

---- replace --- myformname with the actual name of the form you created

Hi,

After you finish creating your form save it, you will have a link written before the form name, just take this link an copy/paste it in the link field while you create a new menu item for you form of type Link-URL!!
