In v4, after watching the video, I get a file to upload okay. However, I can't get the uploaded file to be included as an attachment in the form email. It is not addressed in the video. I assume I need input in Attachments fields name on the general page of the email setup. I've tried everything related to the upload-nothing works. What works?

Hi Jon,

You need to put upload in the 'Attachments fields name' box in the Email -- see the File Upload video.

Hi Jon,

Everything looks OK and the file is being uplaoded OK. Not sure what is happening :-(

By all means email or PM me the site URL and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
