Auto-generating selector

Hello,

I need to produce a form, where amongst others, I have a selector that shows a number from 1-10. Accordingly to what selection the user is making, this selector shall produce the same amount of textfields.
This is for a travel-agency and their order-system. So when a user selects "2", 2 new textfields for names etc. should be automaticly produced and visible.

Can someone point me in the right direction regarding this?
