Captcha check is not working

Hello, I am using Joomla 1.5.23 with Chronoform v4. I followed the instructions from this video (very helpful by the way, thanks for posting), but the captch check is not working for me. I am able to submit the form even if I enter the wrong code. I noticed in my wizard manager, I don't have the options to the setting for OnFail action for the captcha. Any ideas why it is not shown for me?

Hi Sophy,

I think that you can see in the video at about 1m8s that I drag the Event Loop action in from the Core Actions group on the left.
