new form

Good evening,

I have downloaded the latest version but I was wondering if there is a tutorial how to make a new form for Joomla 1.6🤨
In the past I used a Joomla 1.5 version (advanced) with great satisfaction😀 but now I have Joomla 1.6
and it won't succes to create a new form.
