can't receive notification mail

Hello,

I created a form which include multi file upload. After clicking submit button, the file can be uploaded to server. But I can not receive the notification mail. I look at the post

and check the list which Bob gave in above post. But it still does not work.

Which version of ChronoForms are you using? You can find the version from Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components in Joomla! 1.5 or Site Admin | Extensions | Extension Manager | Manage in Joomla! 1.6.
