V4,RC2 - Apply button doesn't update element. Is it normal?

I am using the Easy Form Wizard on Chronoforms V4,RC2 for Joomla! 1.5 with Firefox 7.0.1 for Windows.

I drag/drop an element into preview, click on the edit button to enter the element's parameters, and click Apply (blue button on pop-up dialog) to set them.

"Apply" turns into "Saved." Then I click the "X" to close the pop-up dialog but, nothing happens. The element still has the old parameters. I have to click Joomla's Apply button (top-right next to Save) in order for the element to update with the parameters I entered.

Is this normal?
