I think chronofoms 3.2 isn't compatible with chronoforms 5.3.2. Is that true?

ChronoForms works fine with PHP 5.3, that isn't the problem.

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
