add comments to chrono connectivity or chronoforms.

I was wondering if there would be a way to allow people to add comments to a chrono form or connectivity like if I have someone submit something in as form and then I want people to comment on it I am currently using jcomments on my articles but my form/connectivity isn't necessarily going to be an article.
