Capcha doesn´t worked when published form as a module

Hi again, Bob!
I have a very simple form with a captcha. If I try it from the Forms Manager, or I publish it from an option menu it works perfectly.
But I need it published as a module and here is when the issue happens: if I enter a wrong captcha it shows the error message, but when I correct the "wrong" captcha to have it right, the message error appears again.
I have no idea what could be the problem, could you help me please??

I think that this is probably a bug that was reported to Max a few weeks ago. I don't know of any fix for it yet.
