How to 'Send a copy' with ChronoForms v4?

Hi dear,

I have a form with 3 fields:

·E-mail address
·Message subject
·Message

And 1 check box:

·E-mail a copy of this message to your own address

If the checkbox is checked I need to send a copy of the message to the 'E-mail address'.

How can I do this with ChronoForms v4?
