Attach file to email, joomla 1.7

Hi, I', new to your extension, but after hours of trying I was able to succesfully upload a file which was stored, but it was not attached to email, as I need it.

You mentioned before about CFv4 Email [GH] action, as an option, but I can't find actions folder. COuld you help me about that?
