Form not showing at all

J1.72/CF V4RC2

Created and saved a form, clicked on the 'front end' link, and no form data loads. The only thing that displays is the 'Powered by...' footer. What did I do wrong?

Please see this video, you probably need to add a Show HTML action to the On Submit event.
