I am building a site for a bird sanctuary that allows birds to be sponsored. I am using Mosets Tree for the bird database/directory. My Featured items in Mosets are called "Unsponsored Birds". I also have a custom field for each listing called "Sponsor". When this field is empty, the detailed bird listing shows a "Sponsor Me" button.
I need a form that will:
1. Allow the user to log in if registered on the site
2. Depending on the type of bird, list the appropriate Sponsorship Fee.
3. Choose the type of Sponsorship (monthly or yearly) and Frequency (number of Years, minimum is 1 year).
4. Collect information such as Name, Address, City....
5. If the Sponsorship is being given as a gift, have fields for the buyer to write recipient's name, address, occasion for gift, relationship to recipient, etc.
6. Proceed to Paypal for payment.
7. Upon successful Paypal payment, update Mosets table to change Featured field from Yes to No (so that the listing does not appear under "Unsponsored birds" anymore).
8. Form should of course be emailed to administrator for review.
