New install - after flawless install, user interface stops

I loaded the V4 chronoform on a new site. But when I try to create a new form, say using the Form Wizard it won't let me drag anything into the Preview Drop. When I try to Add a form from the Forms Manager, it won't save either. Permission all are green as far as Joomla is concerned...

Might it be my site setup? (see below for details)

just to see if it was my 1.5 joomla I loaded to another site and got the following error message:

Hi el_patron,

Please upgrade to Joomla! 1.5.23. Joomla! 1.5.18 does not include the MooTools Upgrade plug-in needed for ChronoForms v4.

The error message in your last post suggests either that you are installing the Joomla! 1.5 version of ChronoForms v4 on Joomla! 1.7; or that you don't have the latest release of ChronoForms v4 for Joomla! 1.6/1.7 (which is RC2.0).
