FF=OK v IE=NOK -> You are not allowed to access this URL

I have a form which will not work in IE9, where I get a You are not allowed to access this URL
In Firefox everything is okay.

When I am logged in the Form will work in IE, too!!

I thought I replied to this post.
I disabled Cache in Global Settings, that's all.

Case solved!
