DB Storage - not working

I have the table created with all fields (matchign field names)

In wizard I enabled storage, and selected DB. Am I missing other settings?

Left Model ID as "chronoform_data" not sure if that needs changing.

OK I think issue is with my DB structure not CF4.

Could be - the main requirement is that the table has a numeric primary key.

Had to correct a few DB field types and it worked.
