I recently upgraded Chronoforms from 4.0 RC1.8 to RC2.0 (component and plugin)

After I did, I found that forms with reCAPTCHAs always return the following error, regardless of whether the text is entered properly or not

"The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Please try it again."

I think I figured it out - I had to delete, then re-add the Load Captcha and Check Captcha/Event Loop actions.
