I have just upgraded to V3.2 for the component and V3.1 RC5.2 for the plugin. It seems to have resolved one (very annoying) issue of the large vertical spacing between form elements, but now the label and text field for the captcha element are misaligned.
Also would be nice to know how to increase horizontal spacing between the label and field of a textbox (so all the fields line up vertically);)
