I've installed Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC2.0 with Joomla 1.7. The forms wizard in not displaying or working correctly. I believe that with 1.7 MooTools is integrated, so I don't know what to do. Any thoughts? Please see screenshot.

You are correct that the 'right' MooTools 1.3 library is installed automatically in Joomla! 1.6/1.7.
This still looks like a JavaScript conflict so maybe something else on your site is affecting the MooTools library, loading JQuery or some other script that causes a JavaScript error.
I suggest that you check with a Web Developer tool in your browser to see if any error sare being reported.
