I am still having issues with reCaptcha in CF4. The current issue is that the reCaptcha displays incorrectly in IE9 in both Native and Compatibility View (see below), and if Compatibility View is turned off, the form will not submit.

Hi critter42,
It's looking Ok here - may be something in your template CSS?

OK, I'm at my wit's end.
I've done several different things (roughly in this order)
I can't find any CSS that would affect the reCaptcha div outside of what is generated from Google
I tried several different Joomla templates
I built a new form using the CF4 interface (my two main forms were custom html copied from CF3) in case my custom code was an issue
I tried forcing IE8 compatibility via X-UA-Compatibility meta tag
I changed the reCaptcha theme
I installed the Google reCaptcha plug-in for Joomla (it's currently disabled)
I even grabbed the RC1.8 Load and Check reCaptcha actions and loaded them over RC2.0, as everything was working fine until I upgraded from 1.8 to 2.0 (I've reloaded the 2.0 actions)
No matter what if IE9 is in normal mode, I get the garbled image and an error that the reCaptcha wasn't entered correctly. If IE9 is in Compatibility View (initiated by the user, forcing it with the meta tag doesn't do anything), it is the different garbled image, but the reCaptcha's sent and accepted.
http://www.midsouthcon.org/index.php/registration is the main form - since it is affecting all my forms, if I get one fixed, the others will follow

Also forgot to give you the test form link๐
http://www.midsouthcon.org/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=testform
just one text field and a submit button, no validation

OK, an update. While the reCaptcha box is still garbled up and formatted poorly, I used the code from this post and the recaptcha will be accepted.
The weird thing is that if I hardcoded the meta tag, it still wouldn't submit, but if I add the code snippet to procedurally add the meta tag, it works...
