i try to create new form. and have this error:

TableChronoforms: :store failed

and cant to create table manualy.

This means that something has gone badly wrong with the module installation :-(

Table 'katrin1_db.tpkwv_chronoforms' doesn't exist

I'd suggest that you uninstall and re-install and then check that the tables have been created correctly. There should be two 'katrin1_db.tpkwv_chronoforms' and 'katrin1_db.tpkwv_chronoforms_actions'
