can i make an approve page....where after the user apply something...it will send email...and then it will go to the approver page....it will look something like this..after approver apply the approve button then it will go to and send notification to user page...or do u have any better idea?

Yes, It's called a Confirmation Page. There is a plug-in for CFv3.2 (which has some problems) and an Action for CFV4. There is a recent thread here on using that.

can cc/cf make approval via email...
we can click approve in the email...
and it will notified to the manager login page.

Not as far as I know - there are still problems with emails and other actions after the confirmation. You can do better by using a two step form with the second step displaying the confirmation using the Profile page plug-in.
