I am using Chronoforms V4 RC2.0 on Joomla 1.7.
I have put load & check Catpcha in the onLoad & onSubmit events.
However the code submitted is not verified ie captcha is not functioning

You may need to drag an Event Loop action onto the pink On Fail event of the Check Captcha action.

PS I'm sorry we have been having a severe spam problem in the forums here (around 20,000 messages in a week) so all new posters are currently on moderation until 3 posts have been approved. I clear the queue a couple of times a day.

However the error : 1.You have entered a wrong verification code!

There is a bug on some forms where the Captcha never gets checked correctly. Max is looking at this but so far I haven't heard if he's found a fix for it.

I can only suggest that you try using ReCaptcha instead if you have this problem.

Hi,

I m using recatptcha & the events list is as shown in the attached img.
The element is still Captcha Input & the ReCaptcha Server is http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api
In the front end, however {chronocaptcha_img} appears in place of the Captcha img. Kindly check !

It looks as though you are using ReCaptcha, not the ChronoForms Captcha. You need to drag an Evetn Loop action into the Check ReCaptcha On Fail event. Please see this video.
