I occasionally receive these blank email form results. Can someone tell me why and how to prevent these from being sent like this? Am I doing something wrong here?

The form is being submitted with no data.

This could be a user just clicking the Submit button - some people seem to find that fun. Do you have a Captcha set up? or any server-side validation?
