We are trying to create a registration form to allow a manager to create a roster...

What is the best approach for this?? The following information is all we need to collect.

Name, Date of Birth, League Age

Maybe we are morons, but the assumption is that we could use the wizard to do this... We do want to be able to allow the customer to create their own stuff on the fly......

Is there a way to do this in the wizard?
