Hi Greyhead,
I have a form that collects information about potential employees.
As part of the form it has the image upload field.
It intermittently does not work for users, they say they attach a file but we dont receive it. I have tested and re-tested and it works every time for me.
I am completely at a loss as to why it fails to send an image, but it happens too often for me to dismiss.

Any ideas?
If you need more info from me please ask and I will provide.
Cheers,
anthony

Hi anthony,
As you've seen form upload is usually pretty reliable. What settings do you have on the uploads tab/action.

Hi aforantman,
That all looks OK to me. I'm afraid that I haven't got any thing helpful to suggest. Maybe add some kind of logging, or a feedback loop to check if a file has been uplaoded and prompt for it again if not?

Hi Bob,
Thanks for looking into that for me.
yeah its a bit of a mystery. I am thinking it could be on the browser side for clients (i.e out of date browsers maybe doing funky things?) but its a hard one to diagnose.
I am not sure how to set up the loggin and feedback but will look into how to get this happening.
Also I forgot to add that I have it all going to a table, and the image will not get picked up by the table when the error occurs.
cheers,
ant S.
