Adding new CSS Form layout option

codeslayer 31 Aug, 2011
Hi,

I am using Chronoforms V4 RC2
In Forms Manager > New > General Tab > Tight Layout, I want to add a new forms layout. So that I don't have to change "frontforms_tight.css" or "cc.css", and let it be available if I want to have these CSS in some of my other forms.

Which file do I have to modify ?

Regards
Hassan

Hi Hassan,

Well, but you will lose this with the first update, I suggest you override the CSS classes using a Load CSS action, better than editing the files.

Hi Max,

Thanks for the reply.

In the begining I thought it was some thing like as in joomla>images>stories folder. Put any image either through ftp or joomla media manager from backend and it appears in ex. Joomla_backend>menu manager>user_menu>menu_item The image file is shown in the dropdown menu.

Anyways, your suggestion is even better overriding the CSS classes using a Load CSS action.

Best Regards

Hi Hassan,

We can scan a folder for CSS files, but this may be at a later step, and may also set different html output for the wizard for different form structures.
