Submit : different url

Hello ChronoPeople🙂

Is it possible, during the confirmation page, to insert three radio buttons at the end of my form before sending. Each radio button has its own url. The goal is to redirect the user to an url depending on which button it checked.

I tried many things but nothing works. Anyone have an idea or have already done this? I can give you a link to my form if you wish.

Maybe . . . could be fiddly. Could you add them at the end of the form before the Confirmation page? I think that might be simpler.
