By combining components can I achieve the following results.
User Logs into Joomla and fills out an entry form for a race.
The submitted information goes to the database, compares the car number to a set of numbers and place the car in the proper class in the order it was received.
Example
Class 1
104 John Doe
119 James Doe RS
Class 3
302 Jeff Doe H
RS is an option, would appear in the third column of a table of 4 columns car number / name / option 1 / option 2. Also I would need the database to store the time of entry.
