Hi loste,

Open the Form, click the Events tab on the right; then drag a Show HTML action into the OnLoad event box. See if that makes the form display.

Thanks for your reply, but i have already done "show HTML".
From theinternal link "front view" I see the template without form, but from the home page link "Partecipa" http://www.promozioniaudionova.it/ I see a meessage "Form name can NOT be empty!", but the form that I have created it has the name. I don't understand!!

Hi loste,

Perhaps you didn't put the Form name in the module configuration? There's a box at the top of the right hand column.

Sorry, but i don't understand where is the Form name in the module configuration.
I used joomla 1.6, and when i go in Extension/Module Manager/New (button in top right) / I choose from Select a module type "Chronoforms" and in the new frame i have only a column on the left where I can place the title (i have put here the name of the form) and the position.
But i dont't find a box at top right where insert the Form Name.
Help me please and thanks for your patience

Hi loste,

From the Module description it looks as though you have the Joomla! 1.5 version of the ChronoForms Module. You have Joomla! 1.6 so you need the Joomla! 1.6 version.
