I installed the chronoforms component, version 2.3.2, it installed successfully. But when I choose 'new form' in the form management screen, I only see the form to create the form but all buttons on top of the page are gone (even the Joomla header is gone). So I cannot save this new form.
What can be the problem here?

Few users reported this problem happens with Joomla 1.0.13 and the ChronoForms latest versions, we failed completely to generate this error here and all works fine, so it seems this issue happens at some special environment which we failed to find also, are you open to help us track this ? I will send you a fix to do in the code in one file only, is this fine ?🙂

Any of you has his site live and is willing to help fixing this by giving me admin access ? all I will do is to install joomlaexplorer component, thats all, the frontend of your site won't be affected at all!

I would prefer not to do so. Is it the JoomlaXplorer extension? If so, is there any further configuring required?

How would you like me to give you the login information?

I forgot to mention that I can't quite link to it. It's on a server that has multiple domains on it and it can't be accessed (for now) unless you change your host file.

I can help out if needed. I have it running on 2 locations. On my windows box, it gives this error of opening up the new in the parent window and not showing the joomla toolbar.

on a linux box that i have, it runs no problems.

Thanks very much Adam and Shank, Indeed I believe that we have some hidden bug in this file :admin.chronocontact.html.php because another user has reported that just replacing this file with an older one will fix this issue, so I would like to test this at some environment with the problem already as it may stop somethings from working here if I changed our environment, it will cost us sometime too and we are trying to get the J1.5 version out soon upon too many user requests!!

All I need is a temp Admin access, Adam its ok to change my hosts file if its ok to access your sites admin area😉

This issue is solved since yesterday I think, Thanks very much to Fim, I have released a new component verion 2.3.4 with the fix, you can also get the new admin.chronocontact.html.php file only if you don't like to upgrade but there is 2 or 3 other bugs fixed too!🙂
