Liberty Reserve Payment Gateway Plugin

Hi,

I just want to know if is it possible to have liberty Reserve Payment Gateway incorporated in CF4?
Since Paypal is not supported in many countries including mine. I am unable to use it in my little shop. Liberty Reserves offers help seting up shop here http://www.libertyreserve.com/en/help/sciguide. Its too advance for me. So I need somehelp setting t up.
Someone please help me where I can get started.

Looking at this page in the docs you can pass the information in a URL in the saem way as you can with a standard PayPal account. Use the Redirect URL and ReDirect User actions in CFv4 to do this.

I have not used Paypal plugins as yet so I lack the knowledge how these payment plugins work. I guess I have to do alot searching on the forum to understand the logic behind it. As far my understanding so far is, the user is asked to make a payment through the libertyreseve account and upon success or failure the libertyreserve sends some information back to the store owner which then be stored in our database, which trigers some events and user account in our databse is funded with sent amount. but how ? thats the main thing.
