Some admin links go to ChronoEngine's Tip Of the Day???

I have joomla v 1.5.22 and the latest version of chronoforms. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, double checked database tables and plgins etc. No matter what i have done i cannot navigate to the Forms management page. It takes me to an entirely unstyled ChronoEngine's Tip Of the Day page (i.e. the whole joomla admin wrapper is missing).

So I am dead in the water. Any Thoughts?

I haven't seen that before and have no idea why it might happen.

Try going to

http://your_site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_config&controller=component&component=com_chronocontact&path=

and Disabling the tip of the day. That might change something.

You might also try a different browser?

Tried your suggestion. Didn't fix it.

Issue occurs in all browsers...

More thoughts?
