When exporting to excel or csv the data is all messed up on my form. The form is a pretty simple one has anyone ever heard of this? All my other forms that I created are working fine? My next goal is to create new forms to see if the problem continues.

CSV is usually fairly reliable though line breaks can cause some problems.

For example lots of the text is missing. Each record has text but when you export it out into csv or excel only like one of the records includes its text. I would be happy to allow you to login and see the form?
