HTTP-Error 500 accessing component

Hi,

I tried finding an answer to my problem and it seems that a lot of others people are encountering Internal Server Errors as well using Chronoforms for Joomla 1.6. However, I installed the Chronoforms component succesfully but when I try to access the component I instantly get an error.

How can this be solved? I've been using Chronoforms for quite a while now and I've never had something like this before.

I've seen maybe 4 or 5 reports so far. Hsve you checked the solutions suggested in this thread ?

Thanks for the reply. I read the thread but I seem to have other problems. I can't do anything. Trying to access the component gives me an error instantly. Using both wizards from the component navigation gives me a page that is some sort of a wizard but completely unusable. I do want to try some things out but since I can't really recognize my problem stated in other posts I'm a little cautious.

There's really very little more that I can suggest. What do you see in the server log? Is your site hosted on IIS?
