No form visible and no error message

Hi,

I need your help. I created a Joomla! 1.6.3 Page and installed Chrono Forms.
Everythings seems to be fine - I created a form with the wizard, configured the e-mail settings and published it.
Then I created a menu-entry to that form. But when I open this site there is only the link:
Powered By ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com
But no form and also no error message ...

I hope you can help me:
I use:

PHP 5.3.3
MySQL 5.0.77
ChronoForms: 4.0 RC1.9

You probably need to drag a Show HTML action into the OnLoad event.
