Unable to pass validation

Hi

I have a form that works sometimes. Most of the time though, I simply cannot pass the image validation test. I am convinced I have entered the correct details and it fails again and again.

Secondly, when it fails, the email field is filled with unwanted code and has to be cleared and the email re-entered.

Can someone please help me find the solution to these 2 issues?

Not sure about the ImageVerification problem - I can confirm that it is happening. It looks as though the User Sessions aren't behaving correctly on the site. You might want to switch to use ReCaptcha instead.

The Email problem is because you have the Joomla! Email Cloaking Plug-in enabled and it is trying to cloak the sample e-mail in the ChronoForms validation message. Disable the plug-in temporarily to check this is the problem. If you need the plug-in change the plug-ins order so that Email Cloaking runs before ChronoForms.

NB These are Joomla! plug-ins that you manage from Site Admin | Extensions | Plug-in Manager
