I recently purchased chronoforms and am still in the process of validating. I created a form with several text boxes and a submit button. After clicking submit the form emails fine but the information is not there. What I see in the email is the following.
Location
Springdale, AR
First Name
Last Name
Address, City State Zip
{Address, City State Zip}
Daytime Phone Number
{Daytime Phone Number}
Evening Phone Number
{Evening Phone Number}
Email
I have read through the tutorials but have not found an answer to this. Can you please help or point me to a tutorial that will help me with this?

What are the input names in your form?
Input names may not contain spaces, commas or other special characters apart from underscore.
