Form shows error # but no message

I'm testing validation (req fields) on a new form.

When I hit submit it shows the error box with "1. " and "2. " but does not show any error message (IE "Username required")

Has anyone come across this issue

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
